Does the city Treviso sounds familiar? Some European low budget carriers will arrive at Treviso Airport. Maybe that’s why you know and you have used this as a hub to Venice.
But its a city
which you can easily use for sightseeing and shopping! Beautiful squares,
palaces from the renaissance, painted churches and old waterways.
The town is not a second Venice. It doesn’t have Grand Canal or a St. Marks square. The city doesn’t have mass tourism and nog high rates for food, shopping and hotels. These are the advances.
From the Airport ‘Treviso-Sant ‘Angelo (TSF) most of the travelers are going straight by bus, taxi or train to Venice. Tourist ignore the hopeful promotional invitation around the airport to visit their city…
